Irish fintech firm Global Shares is being bought by JPMorgan Chase & Co. The firm’s software helps businesses manage employee stock plans. The terms of the deal were not disclosed and is expected to close the second half of this year.

Global Shares’ cloud-based platform is used by more than 100 clients and the firm manages nearly $200 billion in assets.

JPMorgan will integrate the Irish firm into its asset and wealth management business. The Global Shares headquarters will remain in Cork, Ireland.
